The clients target
Incentive for a department of a well known Silicon Valley company (California, USA). They wanted to come back to Spain after the fair.

Our services
Boat charter for the group of 70 pax. Wine tasting with tapas on board. Restaurant reservations for several lunches and dinners. Cultural tour with a local guide. Meeting room reservation with technical equipment.

The clients target
Regatta of a big Spanish company from Madrid. An annual event for the staff and their clients. Participation of around 600 persons (sailors and guests), need of 55 sailing yachts, event hall for prize giving, accommodation for non sailors and catering.

Challenges for us
Need for sailing boats from other ports as not enough available. Not enough moorings for the boats.

Our services
Online inscription system, catering, hotels and restaurants for guests, boat charter from other ports, event hall reservation.

The clients target
Golf tour with a sightseeing tour by boat and helicopter. Restaurant and wine tasting tour.

Challenges for us
Finding a motor boat in the high season for 11 persons (most boats are limited to 8 pax), and just for a coast trip from Calpe to Javea. Finding a Helicopter available in summertime. (most are rented out for fire prevention)

The clients target
Filmteam with actors for TV shootings in Saint Tropez, Ibiza, Denia and Javea on a luxury yacht and on land.

Challenges for us
Adapting several changes through the preparation time of 9 months.

Localisation management (selection of venues, private and townhall permissions), yacht charter for two yachts, restaurant reservations, food tasting, spa´s for relaxing, local transport, autobuses, helicopter rental for filming, luxury car rental, jet ski rental, quad rental, search divers for under water shooting, selection of local artists, pre-selection of comparses.

Nice and happy group with different nationalities. Made fun to make them happy during their stay!
