1. Offer without obligation
Put in all the details in the order form and send it to our e-mail address. We will inform you as soon as possible about the availability of the yacht you are asking for and we will confirm you the final price by e-mail.
To confirm our proposal please send us an e-mail of reservation. We will confirm this with the following details:
- Reservation sheet
- Bank details
- General conditions
3. Reservation Payment
When you have received the reservation details you have to confirm with the payment of the 50 % of the total amount of the charter price. Please indicate us the reservation number. Other details like cleaning and skipper etc. have to be paid the day of check-inn.
Received your payment of the 50 %, your booking is confirmed. We send you the access to the "Customers Area"*
by e-mail, where you can access and download all documents.
5. Final Payment
The final payment should be done one month before the check-inn. Once received the payment all the necessary information for the check-inn including the contact in the port base will be available at the "Customers Area"*.

All invoices, payment dates, payments, documents, charter contracts, contact persons, phone numbers and all other charter details (data yacht, berth, port details, local weather, etc.) can be accessed and downloaded through a Cloud-System.
